I came to life coaching when at a crossroads in my life. Unable to drive further than the supermarket, stuck as to how to move forward from my job and with my health at a low ebb. After six coaching sessions I had the courage to drive my daughter to Bristol. Then I was able to look at health options and I finally decided that coaching was so empowering that I would embark on my own career change.
